For Samsung: How to fix a Roamify eSIM that isn't working

If your eSIM is installed but not connecting to the local network, follow these four simple steps!

Step 1: Turn Data roaming ON

  1. Go to Settings > Connections
  2. Select Mobile Networks > Turn Data Roaming ON

Step 2: Manually select the Network

  1. Go to Settings > Connections
  2. Select Mobile Networks > turn off Automatic Network Selection
  3. Manually select the required network (the network can be found on the product page)

Step 3: Turn off all other active SIMs/eSIMs

  1. Go to Settings > Connections
  2. Select SIM Manager > Turn off all other eSIMs/SIMs

Step 4: Restart your phone

  1. Press and hold the power button, then restart

Important: Do not delete your eSIM during troubleshooting, as it will become invalid once deleted.
