For IOS: How to fix a Roamify eSIM that isn't working

If your eSIM is installed but not connecting to the local network, follow these four simple steps!

Step 1: Turn Data roaming ON

1. Go to Settings > Cellular
2. Select Roamify eSIM > Turn "Data Roaming" ON

Step 2: Manually select the Network

1. Go to Settings > Cellular
2. Select Roamify eSIM > Select "Network Selection"
3. Turn off "automatic network selection", and manually select the required network (the network can be found on the product page

Step 3: Turn off all other active SIMs/eSIMs

1. Go to Settings > Cellular
2. Once there, turn off other eSIMs/SIMs

Step 4: Restart your phone

1. Go to Settings > General > Shut Down, then slide to power off. Once the device turns off, press and hold the Power Button until the Apple logo appears.
